Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Reserve

The driver guide will report at any agreed meeting point in Nairobi and immediately transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve. The picturesque drive is memorable as you pass through the Great Rift Valley viewing points through the Masai homesteads known as the Manyattas and arrive at the booked lodge.

Depending on the arrival time, take a game drive to search for lions, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, duikers, bushbucks, wildebeests and more others. Head back to them for dinner.

Day 2: Full-day adventure in Mara plains

Take part in a full-day game drive where most of the wildlife will be spotted as you penetrate the interior of the park. Masai mara offers a special way of viewing wildlife accompanied by great sceneries. Animals to be spotted include Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Zebra, Wildebeest, Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelle, Eland, Topi, Impalas and birds like ostriches, Guineafowl, Egyptian goose, Goliath Heron and more others.

Day 3: Head to Lake Naivasha

Leave Masai Mara and head to Lake Naivasha, a popular tourist destination for both locals and foreigners. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake offering beautiful scenery in the park and a water source for wild animals in this area. Arrive and take a boat cruise where you will encounter animals like hippos, warthogs and more. Head to the lodge and this will mark the end of the day.

Day 4: Drive to Lake Nakuru

Begin the day with a game drive in Lake Naivasha and later on be served with late breakfast. Check out and head to Lake Nakuru National Park which is known for homing the flamingoes that turn the ground reddish pink.

Arrive and proceed to the booked lodge for lunch and in the evening at around 4 pm, embark on the evening game drive where you expect to meet animals like lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, zebras, gazelles, leopards, spotted hyenas, baboons, waterbucks and more. Head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Return trip to Nairobi, Departure

Wake up early and head for a game drive which will conclude your safari. Have breakfast and check out from the lodge following a drive back to Nairobi with a scenic view of the surroundings including the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Arrive and be dropped off at the airport to board your flight back home.
