Activities in these 8 days include a guided nature walk, game drive, beach activities, and more. Day by Day Itinerary.
Day 1: Pick-up and Transfer to Amboseli National Park.
At the hotel around Nairobi city or right after your landing at the airport, our company representative will happily welcome, brief you and drive to Amboseli national park. Off the bustling town, the drive takes about 6-8 hours, with an enroute stopover for lunch and site seeing where the guide recommends.
As you enjoy the scenic drive, you will listen to the facts about the park, traverse the rolling landscape, lush plantations, and homes with the natives carrying on with their daily shores. The stunning snowcapped Mount. Kilimanjaro back drop will welcome you to the park. Catch the sight of elephants, other mammals, birds and plantations as you drive to your lodge for check-in, refreshment, dinner and a night sleep.
Day 2: Full day game drive
After having a lip-smacking breakfast meal at the lodge. You will pick the packed lunch, all game drive gadgets, water and more for a full day wildlife viewing in the open savannah park. At the back drop of Mount. Kilimanjaro, large herd of elephants and other animals call home and can be seen in a lucky day. In the morning and afternoon game drive session, lookout for among others the warthogs, zebras, giraffes, lions, leopards, buffaloes and the waterbucks. Follow the game drive with a picnic lunch.
As the night falls, you will get a clearer view of mountain Kilimanjaro summit. This is the tallest stand-alone mountain in the world, and is found in Tanzania. Continue and traverse the semi-arid park until sunset when you will return to the lodge for refreshment, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Amboseli National Park to Tsavo west National Park
Start your day with a lip-smacking breakfast meal at the lodge. After, you will depart from Amboseli national park to Tsavo west. Tsavo west and east combined make the largest conservancy not only in Kenya, but in the continent of Africa. Within a duration of 3-4 hours, you will be at Tsavo, registering at the gate.
Afterwards, proceed to the lodge for check-in and lunch, and thereafter a visit to Mzima springs and other a sunset game drive where you get to encounter among others; the warthogs, cheetahs, red elephants, leopards, and more. Some of the plants to interest in include; the Basra reed warbler and corncrake. The day ends with a night stay after dinner.
Day 4: Tsavo West to Tsavo East national park
After having a sumptuous breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for Tsavo east very early in the morning. With packed lunch that you will have in the wild, some of the animals you hope to encounter in this part of the park include among others, the dust red elephants, buffalos, lesser kudus, zebras, cheetahs, hippos, waterbucks, lions, gerenuks and leopards.
Bird life profusion number over 500 species. One other place to visit here will be Aruba Dam and enjoy the sight of the blue waters of the palm-shaded river galena. At sunset, you will go to your lodge for dinner, refreshment and sweat slumber.
Day 5: Transfer to Dian beach
Wakeup to a lip-smacking breakfast at the lodge and checkout of the lodge for a scenic drive to Diani beach located along the vast Indian ocean. With an exit game drive, you will head to Voi Train station for a train experience to madaraka inter-county Standard gange railway train while watching the passing landscape and countryside dotted homesteads.
Take a ride to Mombasa train terminal where our company driver guide will meet and greet you. Lunch will be enroute, and after landing at the train station, our company representative will meet and transfer you to dian beach resort for dinner and sweet slumber.
Day 6-7: Spend time at Dian Beach
For two days, wakeup to a mouthwatering breakfast meal and follow with free style beach experience. Having a taste of sea foods, take photos, experience a mix of Arab and Swahili culture, interact with natives of the place, swim, and enjoy a magical sunbath. There will be a great company of people to make you enjoy each passing hour at Dian from sunrise to sunset.
Day 8: Departure
After a delicious breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge for a flight to Nairobi where the tour comes to an end with a flight to the next destination. Our company representative will attend to any of your interests before departure.
