Kanyanchu chimpanzee sector, also known as the Kanyanchu Visitor Centre, is an enormous spot where Kibale Forest National Park headquarters are located. The Kanyanchu chimpanzee sector is also best visited in the wet season, especially for nature lovers and birders. The wet season is the best time to spot the bird species since it is the breeding season. The wet season happens twice a year and starts in March to May and October to November. Kanyanchu is located deep in the heart of Kibale Forest and therefore has a dense vegetation cover. The trekking experience can even last between 4-7 hours, including the hour spent with the chimps.
