From the United States, arrive at Entebbe International Airport where you are picked up by our guide. Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park in northwest in Uganda for a game drive and boat cruise. However, these are done on the second day. The first day offers a rhino trekking tour in Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch. Stay in the park where lions, elephants, buffaloes and leopards are the only members of the Big 5 inside. This is also where you will have overnight on day one and two. Return to Kampala on the third day to board your outbound flight at the airport in Entebbe. End of tour.
An affordable 3-days Lake Mburo National Park safari ($1,041.4)
After landing in Entebbe Airport from the United States, our driver picks you up and transfers you to Lake Mburo NP. This is in Uganda’s western region, and you will spend the night in a lodge inside the park. You will do a game drive on the second day, before an afternoon boat trip on Lake Mburo itself? Wildlife to see are impalas, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles and others. On the third day do a nature walk in the park to get up-close views of the wildlife and woodland. Exit Lake Mburo Park and travel back to Kampala. Board your flight at Entebbe back to the United States.
The 3 days affordable Queen Elizabeth National Park tour ($1,077.2)
From Kampala/Entebbe, our driver picks you up and transfers you to Queen Elizabeth National Park, in Kasese, western Uganda. Queen is the most popular of all the national parks in the country. Tree-climbing lions are what takes many of the visitors to the park. However, it offers 3 more members of the Big 5—leopards, elephants and buffaloes. On day 2, you will see them in the plains of Kasenyi during a morning game drive. In the afternoon of the same day, a boat cruise is offered on Kazinga Channel. Tens of hippos and crocodiles and birds are seen while on a good-looking motorboat. Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe to end the tour and fly back to the United States.
Affordable 4-days Murchison Falls Tour and Chimpanzee Trekking Tour ($1,717.2)
The first day of this safari starts with pick up from Entebbe Airport or your accommodation in Kampala. Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with rhino trekking in Ziwa Wildlife and Wildlife Ranch. Your night is spent in the park. The next day a game drive is offered in the morning to watch lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants, giraffes and buffaloes etc. In the afternoon cruise on the Victoria Nile as you approach the Murchison Falls. Wildlife to see on this boat cruise include crocodiles, hippos and lots of interesting bird species.
On the third day do a chimpanzee trekking tour in Budongo Forest to see a troop of chimpanzees. The forest is home to a lot of forest birds such as the African dwarf kingfisher, Nahan’s partridge and Klaas’s cuckoo etc. Other primates are also available, lots of them including like baboons, grey-cheeked mangabeys, red-tailed monkeys and vervet monkeys etc. You will also soak in some truly fresh air. Spend the night in your lodge nearby for a return journey to Kampala the next day. In Entebbe, end the journey before you fly back to the United States.
4-day Kidepo National Park Wildlife Safari and Ziwa Rhinos ($1,415)
After arrival at Entebbe Airport you are received by our driver. Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park in northeast Uganda. But you will stop in Gulu City for overnight because you will drive northwest first. This is for a rhino trekking tour in Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch. On day 2 you will arrive in Kidepo, in time for a cultural tour among the Karamojong. Witness a rare lifestyle of the Nilotic tribe. They have nice music, dancing and storytelling. The next day you will do a full day game drive. In the Narus Valley you will see lots of wildlife.
Kidepo is the only place in Uganda where the Big 5 exist, which are lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. But, you can also see ostriches, cheetahs, and so many other wildlife species. You can also do a nature walk in the evening. This is just close to the park headquarters. You get views of diverse wildlife species. Also different sceneries can be seen including mountains, hills and plains covered by savannah vegetation. On day 4, return to Kampala/Entebbe for your end to the tour. You can fly back to the United States.
